Used Ed and his company for 15 years. He and his team are outstanding. A plus in every way for Marcus for construction to Lou for tree and landscaping to Cathy in office plus all his employees they are the best. Ed always gets involved if needed and always gets back to you. He makes sure the job is 100 percent correct and any issues while rate are corrected. Always available to his clients. And his prices are very reasonable. Wtih Sage and crew you know job will be timely and 100% done right. If I could give 10 stars I would. Issues if any are few and far between and Ed or his crew always solve it. Plus his reputation in the area is second to none.

Sage is always my first choice for landscaping and tree work. They are extremely responsible professional and have great attention to detail. They also stand by their work. I had a couple of shrubs die over the winter and they agreed to replace them without issue since they care about delivering great value to their customers. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing experience with Sage. We raised our yard and expanded an acre of it with fill dirt, then Sage came, leveled it and planted grass. The men worked so efficiently and their work was beautiful. It has only been 8 days and we have so much grass growing already! Ed the owner, was so helpful and so knowledgeable on how we needed to water it to ensure maximum growth. We are so happy and excited to be able to enjoy our new beautiful yard! Worth every penny!

Highly recommend Ed Sage and his team! We had a broken underground pipe that needed immediate repair and Ed came out with one day's notice, and sent a crew to start the work the very next day. Not only did the crew do an incredible job, but Ed assisted with permits from the town, and also our home insurance claim. From start to finish, the process was seamless and there was always an open line of communication. Five stars across the board. Ed Sage and Sage Landscape have been our #1 go to landscaping contractors for nearly 30 years. We worked with Ed, Marcus, Lou and their crews on two different residential properties in Union County. They provided all hard scape infrastructures (retaining walls, intricate drainage systems, patios, walkways, pool surround, waterfall etc), our tree maintenance and our plant materials. We’ve been in our current home more than 20 years and all of the work completed by Sage has lasted and matured beautifully. The crews are very responsive and many of them have been working on our property for multiple years. Sage also assisted with emergency basement flooding, in a time of need. I have been using Sage for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. They maintain my lawn and landscaping as well as the fall and winter cleanups. It also helps that Ed is a certified tree expert in New Jersey. My property is surrounded by large oaks, he comes out yearly to check on them and then recommends pruning if necessary. This year he pointed out two dead ones I had missed that were close to the house, so I was able to have them removed before they could cause damage. I highly recommend Sage.
